Created in New York, this piece was inspired by all the parts of us in which are hidden. Table Top Spindles is captivating just how we use everyday items to self harm, relief, subconscious behavior, sharing common ground, addiction, social norms, habit, and process. 
Do we weigh the benefits versus the costs when choosing to include something in our lives? Before we know it something’s became a part of our lives without choice. Do we have the will power to remove oppression? Is what we do impactful to others? Whose watching and why? What is your dirty little secret? What do you do to take the edge off? Are you proud or shameful? Accepted or criticized? Is it because of where you grew up? Is it because of your family norms? How obvious do these parts of you that stand out? Do you share it?
